MR. DOUGLAS EBENSTEIN

With years of retail leasing experience in the East coast, Mr. Ebenstein is a heralded name throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan region including Virginia and Maryland.

It all started with a robust mixed-use site in the heart of Alexandria, Virginia, where Capital Commercial Properties was able to establish new changes including the welcoming of national commercial tenants. There were 500 residential units highlighted in various parts of town around the nation’s capital. Mr. Ebenstein was able to run the popular Asian shopping center near the East coach named “Eden Center” and continues to hold the position to this day. Doug has managed to turn this into a cultural hub with 115 tenants and multiple world-class Vietnamese restaurants. Eden Center is also listed as a recipient of the “Most Improved Commercial Property” (1997) and has earned additional plaudits in recent times such as the “Best Shopping Center” (2014-2015).
